Shipping Policy

Due to there been no national reliable overnight freight service currently due to continued disruptions from lockdowns etcetera and some boxs that were shipped as overnight taking 6 days to arrive Fish Farm direct is closed to all orders and we will reassess the situation each month..SHIPPING CLOSED UNTILL WE GET MORE INFO FROM FREIGHT COMPANIES ABOUT NEW LOCK DOWN We have a flat rate shipping fee of $28 that is added on the total order at check out for everything we stock and if you spend over $190 shipping is free!
Yes you can mix live fish ect with products and still just pay the one shipping fee of $28 and shipping is still free after $190 total purchase..Most times we can pack products and live fish ect in the same box but if there is not enough room then products will come in a separate sachel at no extra charge for you .
live fish and products are delivered to your door most are air freighted and the package is labelled to be left at the front door if no one is home to receive it .(please note the ownership of goods transfers to the buyer once delivered to your door and fish should be released in your tank within a couple of hours after arriving at your door to be covered by the arrive live guarantee we offer )
We prefer orders to be in by Friday but you can order up to the cut of time of Sunday 8 pm to receive your order that week .We send out Tuesdays, Wednesdays and if your close we can send out Thursday as well .(we chose the send-off day and email you that night we sent your order to let you know your order was shipped and should be there the next day ) .If you order only products they can be ordered any time and we will send a day or two after we receive your order no cut off time applies.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please chose fish carefully as we can not take returns on live fish ect due to the well being of the live fish and on-farm boi security protocols. We do guarantee live delivery on all our live fish, snails, crayfish and water plants and in the event something arrives dead then take a photo of fish, crayfish,or snail or plant still in the original shipping bag and email it to us and we will give a refund for that item also please note we do not refund shipping cost . Please also chose correctly with non-live products as due to freight costs we can not take returns due to change of mind ect , if something is faulty then we will replace and we will pay the shipping cost.
